For more than 20 years I've practiced family medicine across preventive care, chronic disease, and urgent care. What I care about most is continuity: being the doctor who remembers your history, your family, and what matters to you.
I trained at New York Medical College and earned my MPH at Saint Louis University. Before medicine, I played soccer at the University of Notre Dame. Go Irish.
I chose direct primary care because rushed, ten-minute visits don't let doctors practice good medicine. Here, I can take the time to listen, explain, and build a plan with you.

What is direct primary care?
You pay a flat monthly membership directly to the practice instead of paying per visit through insurance. That covers your everyday care.
Do I still need health insurance?
No. You don't need health insurance to join. If you have insurance, you're still welcome here. We just won't bill it. Many members keep insurance for emergencies, hospital stays, and specialists.
Can I use my HSA?
Starting in 2026, federal law allows HSA funds for qualifying DPC memberships. Check with your HSA administrator.
I have Medicare. Can I join?
Yes. Dr. Richardson has opted out of Medicare, so you sign a simple private agreement and nothing is billed to Medicare for his services.

21400 Ventura Blvd, Suite C, Woodland Hills, CA 91364. Visits are by appointment only.
How do I reach you between visits?
Members can email or text with questions.
Can my whole family join?
Yes. Children are $50 a month when enrolled with an adult.
